TIA V18 was introduced and put into use in Q4 2022. In this version, Siemens focused on adding more functions to the unified Wincc, adding WebUX, adding the WebNavigator extension to Wincc Professional, and adding several safety features to STEP.

SIMATIC STEP 7 (TIA Portal) is a well-known and widely used software in the field of industrial automation. The TIA Portal theme is designed to be user-friendly, suitable for both beginners and experienced programmers in the field of automation programming. With this application, you can easily configure, program, test, and fully diagnose existing Siemens PLC controllers, as well as HMI modules and modules.
